Security on twoday.net is very tight, and the only way for someone to change anything is if he has an admin password (either given by you or by guessing). So, just to be sure, change your password to something secure.
However, I would assume that it was not a person who damaged your blog, but instead some of the excessive scripts you are using might be crashing, or non-compatible, or something like that.
